Accessibility Statement

Last revised August 1, 2026

We want every reader to be able to use this guide, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

Conformance target

This Site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Conformance is assessed through a combination of automated testing and manual keyboard and screen-reader review as pages are published or revised.

Measures taken

Accessibility is treated as part of the build rather than a retrofit.

  • Semantic landmarks and a single descriptive H1 on every page.
  • Text contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text.
  • Full keyboard operability with visible focus states on interactive elements.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such.
  • Interactive map points reachable by keyboard with accessible names and drive-time labels.
  • Motion and parallax kept subtle and reduced for users who set a reduced-motion preference.
  • Link text that describes its destination rather than saying "click here".

Known limitations

The interactive map is a schematic diagram; while every point is keyboard reachable and labeled, the spatial relationships it conveys are best supplemented by the written descriptions on the same page. Third-party embedded content is outside our direct control, and some older photography may carry brief alternative text.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter something you cannot access, email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the page URL, the assistive technology and browser you are using, and a short description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days and to provide the requested information in an alternative format while a fix is made.
