Submitting a notice

Send written notice to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include the following.

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail — including the URL — to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, and email address so we can reach you about the notice.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next

On receipt of a compliant notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and make a reasonable effort to notify whoever supplied it. Repeat infringers are barred from contributing material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error or through misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which you reside or, if outside the United States, the Western District of North Carolina.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
