Information you give us

The Site does not operate contact forms, telephone lines, or chat tools. The only channel we publish is email at npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. If you choose to write to that address, we receive whatever you include in your message — typically your name, your email address, and any details you volunteer about your timeline, budget range, or property interest.

We use that information solely to respond to you, and where you have asked for an introduction, to pass your request to the relevant affiliated firm. We do not add correspondence to marketing lists without a separate opt-in.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data with each request: IP address, user agent, referring URL, requested page, and timestamp. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic understanding.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect page-level usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate region, and device category. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and consent

Strictly necessary cookies — including the one recording your cookie choice — load on every visit because the Site cannot function without them. Analytics and any preference cookies load only after you accept them through the consent banner.

How we share information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances, and never in exchange for money.

• With the affiliated firm you asked to be introduced to, when you submit an introduction request.
• With service providers who host the Site, deliver email, or provide analytics, acting under contract on our instructions.
• When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• With a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Policy.

Retention

Email correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required for legal or record-keeping purposes. Server logs are retained for a shorter operational period. Aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely because it is not personally identifying.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your information, a copy in portable form, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — though we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Submit a request through the Privacy Rights Request page or by emailing us directly. We will verify your identity by responding to the email address associated with the request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and hosted on managed infrastructure with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

Do Not Track and global privacy signals

Browsers vary in how they implement Do Not Track, and no common standard exists. Where a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control is received, we treat it as a request to decline non-essential cookies.
