Privacy Rights Request

Rights you can exercise

Depending on your state or country of residence, the following rights may apply. We honor them for all readers regardless of location where practical.

• Right to know what personal information we have collected and how it was used and shared.
• Right to obtain a copy of that information in a portable format.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to request deletion of your personal information.
• Right to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not engage in either.
• Right to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

How to submit a request

Email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". Include the right you are exercising, the email address you used when writing to us, and any detail that helps us locate your records — for example the approximate date of your message.

Verification

To protect your information we verify requests by corresponding with the email address associated with the records. We may ask one or two additional questions matching information already on file. We will not request sensitive documentation such as identification numbers.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still contact you directly to confirm the authorization.

Timing

We acknowledge requests within ten business days and respond substantively within forty-five calendar days. If more time is genuinely required, we will tell you why and complete the response within an additional forty-five days.

Limits

We may decline part of a request where retention is required by law, where deletion would interfere with a legal obligation, or where we cannot verify identity. If we decline, we will explain the basis in our response, and you may appeal by replying to it.
