Sharon Woods sits in the pocket of south Charlotte bounded by the Sharon Road, Fairview Road, and Park Road corridors — close enough to SouthPark to walk the dog past a Nordstrom on a long loop, far enough back that the streets stay quiet. The neighborhood was platted and built out through the 1950s and 1960s, and the trees planted then are the reason people slow down when they turn in.
What makes it unusual is that it is finished. There is no phase two, no remaining acreage, no builder inventory.
